Jones Whyte, a Scottish law firm, seeks a Client Service Advisor for its Bereavement department in Glasgow. You’ll be the first point of contact, handling calls and enquiries with warmth, guiding families through next steps, and coordinating with case handlers and solicitors.

You’ll join a small team, train office-based then work hybrid with three days in the Glasgow office, contributing to the bereavement support service and meeting daily/ monthly targets.
