Job Description:
Axiom Technologies is seeking a capable Desktop Support resource to coordinate IT activities across simple to complex plans. The role provides onsite/on-call end-user support within the organization’s desktop computing environment to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
The candidate will handle first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, install/upgrade operating systems, and assist with onboarding and security policies. On-site work may be required.
