Creative Activities Coordinator – Not-for-Profit Senior Living

Avon Search’s client in Dorking, Surrey, is seeking an Activities Coordinator for a luxury retirement home. You will plan and deliver a varied activities programme, tailored to residents’ interests and abilities, to keep them active, socially connected and engaged in daily life.

The role requires energy, creativity and a genuine passion for supporting older people; you will work with care staff to ensure activities suit individual needs and contribute to a warm, not-for-profit environment.
