Housing Worker – Resident Support & Community Outreach

GrowTH Housing in Tower Hamlets is seeking a self-motivated Housing Worker to provide practical, emotional and spiritual support to residents and help them move towards independence.

You will conduct regular keywork meetings, assist with housing finances and access services, and build partnerships with external agencies to support residents. The role includes safeguarding responsibilities and supporting the wider work of GrowTH.
