Fund Controller

Fund Controller | Alternative Investments | London

I’m currently partnering with a growing alternative investment firm seeking an experienced Fund Controller to join their finance team.

This is a highly visible role within a lean and entrepreneurial environment, offering broad exposure across fund accounting, investor reporting, fund operations, compliance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and oversee NAV calculations and investor reporting
• Exposure to crypto/digital asset fund structures
• Manage capital calls, distributions, and fund cash movements
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, and management information
• Coordinate audits and regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions
• Liaise with fund administrators, auditors, legal advisors, and other service providers
• Assist with new fund launches and operational improvements
• Drive process enhancement and automation initiatives

About You

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• 5+ years’ fund accounting experience
• Strong understanding of alternative investment structures
• Hands-on experience with NAV reporting and investor communications
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills
• Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable operating autonomously
