Luxury In-Store Operations Lead

Prada Group is seeking an In-Store Operations Manager to drive smooth back-of-house operations and partner with front-of-house teams. You will oversee stock management, streamline workflows, and ensure admin and health and safety compliance to support peak store performance.

You will lead the stock team, manage reporting to HQ, and coordinate with IT, finance, and security to deliver an exceptional client experience in a luxury retail environment.
