Youth & Family Community Support Specialist

Empower Family Group’s Empower Outreach team is seeking a Permanent Community Support Worker to provide flexible, community-based support to children, young people and families in Taunton and surrounding areas. You will work in homes, schools and local services to improve outcomes, promote resilience and independence.

You will build trusting relationships, coordinate with professionals, maintain records, and participate in safeguarding.
