Compassionate Care Assistant — Training & Career Growth

Godden Lodge Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with daily living in a warm, respectful environment. You will follow care plans, assist with personal care, mobility and nutrition, and help maintain dignity and wellbeing for residents.

The role welcomes both experienced carers and newcomers, with full training and ongoing development, in a supportive team at our Thundersley, Benfleet location.
