Total Care Matters Ltd is recruiting Residential Support Workers to join our nine homes across the East Midlands. You will support children aged 8–18 in a safe, nurturing home environment, helping with everyday care, education, hobbies and personal development.
You will work as part of a dedicated team to promote resilience, independence and positive memories. Applicants should have a Full UK Driving Licence, right to work in the UK, and a passion for helping young people.
