Whitbread in Basingstoke West is seeking a Duty Manager to keep the hotel running smoothly, lead shifts across departments and support guests with queries. This permanent, full-time role offers 40 hours per week at up to £13.86 per hour, with shifts including evenings and weekends.
No hotel experience is required; transferable leadership from retail, hospitality or customer service is welcome, and you’ll have a clear path to higher responsibilities within Premier Inn.
