Customer Success Manager – Data Platform (Hybrid, London)

Profisee is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our London-based hybrid team. You will manage approximately 50–60 enterprise accounts, guiding adoption of Profisee’s MDM platform, driving retention, and expanding deployments across SaaS, cloud and on-premise setups.

You will collaborate with VARs, product, support, and services to ensure customers achieve ongoing value and become Data Heros within their organizations.
