- 5 days a week in a modern co-working office space
This is a hands-on client services and operations role where you’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of client work, ensuring everything is completed accurately and on time. Working within a small, collaborative team, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers while supporting the smooth running of operational processes.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing client onboarding and operational workflows from start to finish.
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and suppliers via email and telephone.
- Preparing quotations, savings schedules and invoices using Excel.
- Processing invoicing and commission accurately.
- Resolving client and supplier queries and seeing them through to completion.
- Maintaining operational records, systems and documentation.
- Supporting improvements to internal processes and workflows.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with experience in client services, operations or business support who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.
Key skills include:
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong client service skills and confidence dealing with clients and suppliers.
- Good intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, formatting and pivot tables.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership of tasks through to completion.
