The purpose of this role is to deliver targeted outbound call support to a select portfolio of offices across the UK.
Working closely with Regional Heads of Department, you’ll drive new business generation, while engaging directly with clients to build, strengthen and re‑energise relationships with both existing and former customers to unlock new opportunities.
This is a high‑impact position suited to someone who brings confidence, tenacity, and a deep understanding of relationship‑led sales.

- Proven success in business development, sales, or managing long‑term client relationships.
- Resilience, persistence, and motivation to follow through on long sales cycles.
- A polished and professional communication style – both verbal and written.
- A self‑starter with strong organisational skills and commercial awareness.
- Previous experience in property, luxury services, or a client‑facing professional role is highly desirable.
