Senior Town Planner – Lead Major North East Developments

Vivid Resourcing Ltd in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to lead a diverse portfolio of planning projects across the North East and wider UK. You will manage applications and appeals, provide strategic guidance and build strong client relationships.

Working with local authorities, consultants and stakeholders, you’ll drive project delivery, mentor junior staff and contribute to business growth. RTPI chartership preferred; a full UK driving licence is required.
