Retail Catering Supervisor – Lead Service & Training

University Hospitals Dorset is recruiting for a Band 3 Retail Outlets role at RBH. You will lead retail restaurant teams, ensure top service, and support a new catering food court rollout planned for mid-2027. The role requires training staff, maintaining hygiene standards and managing daily tasks across outlets.
