Shift Manager – Lead a Busy, Customer-First Bakery Team

Greggs Cirencester is seeking a Shift Manager to join our frontline leadership team. You’ll oversee shop operations when the Manager is away, motivate the team, and ensure customers have a brilliant experience across in-store, Click+Collect, and drive-thru channels.

You’ll lead by example, inspire performance, manage sandwich preparation and ovens, keep displays stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming shop.
