Lead Consultant, Community Palliative Medicine

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Consultant in Palliative Medicine to join an innovative community post in Bolton. The role is predominantly community-based but integrated with hospital services, including an emergency department input and a Hospital at Home virtual ward.

You will work with a team of senior clinicians, support the development of a 7-day rapid response service, provide leadership, and contribute to improving end-of-life care for Bolton residents.
