Part-Time Food Production Operatives – Fast-Paced Bacon

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking Food Production Operatives to join a Lodge Farm facility in Northampton on a part-time basis. The role involves working in areas such as racking, boxing, raw prep, slicing, rolling and hygiene, with shifts 6:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00.

You will handle raw pork, operate curing/smoking equipment, ensure quality and safety, package products, and keep a clean, safe work environment. Training is provided, and recruitment emphasises teamwork and reliability.
