Proactive Health & Safety Lead — Manufacturing

McLaren Racing is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to drive effective health and safety across manufacturing, engineering and support functions in the UK. You will empower teams to stop unsafe activity and embed practical standards through risk-based processes.

You will influence frontline behaviours, lead inspections and risk assessments, investigate incidents and deliver safety training, while ensuring compliance with UK legislation and ISO 45001 links.
