Pay and Shift Pattern
- Monday to Friday: AM 6am-2pm/ 2pm-10pm Rotating Weekly – £14.11 per hour plus 5% shift allowance – £14.81 per hour including shift allowance
- Flexibility required for weekday shifts The Role Working as part of a small manufacturing team, you will help operate a multi-stage production line, ensuring products are processed, cut, packed and stored safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Operating production machinery and entering specifications via an HMI system.
Adding materials to processing equipment and monitoring production.
Cutting, sawing and packing finished insulation products.
Handling raw materials and storing finished goods.
Following standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
Previous production, manufacturing or machine operating experience.
Experience operating machinery and following procedures.
Good numeracy and literacy skills.
Physically fit for manual handling duties.
Reliable, flexible and able to work as part of a team.
