Housing Projects Officer – Damp & Major Repairs (Hybrid)

Adur & Worthing Councils are seeking an Adur Homes Project Officer to lead major repairs, void works and damp remediation across the district. You will inspect buildings, prepare specifications, raise works orders and manage contractors on site.

The role requires an HNC/HND in building or construction, proven contractor management, and strong diagnostic and regulatory knowledge. 37 hours weekly, salary £38,510–£43,149 per annum, based at Commerce Way, Lancing.
