Facilities Manager – MEP & FM Operations (Hybrid)

Sigma, a leading facilities management specialist, seeks a Facilities Manager to drive MEP maintenance and FM operations across a diverse property portfolio in the South East. You will lead reactive and planned maintenance, manage in-house teams and subcontractors, and ensure regulatory compliance to support client objectives.

You will oversee maintenance planning, budgeting and lifecycle programmes, while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across sites.
