Job Description:
NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team in Moray. Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will assess, plan care and deliver evidence-based interventions for older adults with mental health needs in the community.
We value excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on person-centred, recovery-oriented care. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
