Healthcare Support Worker — Medical Ward (Distant Island)

NHS Shetland in Lerwick is seeking a Health Care Support Worker for Ward 3 on a substantive basis. The role offers full-time and part-time hours with Band 3 pay (£29,103 – £31,409 per annum pro rata) plus the Distant Island Allowance (£2,578 pro rata).

You will work as part of a busy medical ward, delivering high standards of patient care, with induction and PVG requirements. Closing date 18 October 2026.
