In this role you will handle landlord and tenant matters within a broad commercial property practice at a respected firm. You will work on acquisitions, disposals, asset management and real estate finance, collaborating with borrowers, lenders and cross-functional teams. You will support partners in business development and client relationships to grow the team’s client base. The position offers clear progression in a collaborative, high-quality environment. Responsibilities
- handle landlord & tenant work within a broad commercial property portfolio
- assist with acquisitions and disposals
- manage asset management transactions
- support real estate finance matters including secured lending and refinancing
- advise on property aspects of corporate transactions
- contribute to business development and client relationship activities
- help expand the team’s client base
- coordinate with lenders, developers and corporate occupiers
Key requirements
- PQE 4+
- qualified solicitor in real estate
- experience in landlord & tenant and broader commercial property work
