PR & Communications Manager – International Markets

Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end coordination of press, ambassador and influencer activity to support the MENA and India markets. You will craft visitor itineraries that align with commercial objectives and uphold brand standards, host on-site visits to showcase the Villages, and manage partnerships through approvals, budgeting and reporting. Based in London/Bicester with travel to European Villages, you’ll contribute to strengthening destination desirability and brand coherence across markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination of influencer and press visits for MENA and India, creating itineraries aligned to commercial goals and brand standards
• Host on-site visits for press and influencers to showcase the Villages and generate brand-aligned content
• Guide media, ambassador and influencer partnerships through required approvals before going live
• Manage visit and partnership budgets, track commitments, ensure timely payments and performance reporting

Key requirements

• Experience coordinating press, influencer or ambassador activity across multiple locations, preferably in luxury, travel or hospitality
• Ability to design complex itineraries and manage multiple high-profile visits concurrently
• Strong communicator with ability to build trust among villages, agencies, creators and brand partners; culturally sensitive to MENA, India and European markets
• Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, purchase orders and invoices; comfortable with digital tools, reporting platforms and AI
