Overview

As a Senior Manager, you will guide treasury and cash management engagements, shaping client strategies and delivering high-quality outcomes. You’ll work within EY’s Strategy and Transactions practice to support complex transactions and liquidity projects, leveraging data analytics and treasury systems. You will lead project delivery, manage budgets and staffing, and develop client relationships to drive value across the transaction cycle. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role in a global professional services environment with a clear impact on clients’ cash and working capital performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered to high standards and scope delivery approaches with clients
• Manage engagement economics: budgets, staffing, and status communication to project partners
• Develop new business via responses to proposals and leveraging networks
• Collaborate with colleagues across functions to navigate complex transactions
• Coach junior team members through delivery

Key requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in a finance role in large corporates or as an advisor
• 5+ years’ experience in treasury or cash management in consulting or corporate treasury
• Excellent project management, multi-engagement capability, and quality delivery
• People management and coaching experience
• Ability to share knowledge and adapt to change
• Strong relationship-building across all levels
