Senior Product Designer

Overview

In this role you will help shape Fresha’s product experiences and scale across a global platform. You’ll report to the Head of Product Design and partner with product, engineering, and leadership to bring fresh perspectives to every product area. You will tackle complex problems, translate them into elegant, user-centered solutions, and contribute to the design culture through collaboration and knowledge sharing. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role in a unicorn-backed company driving AI-enabled growth in beauty and wellness. You’ll work with a seasoned design team to ship meaningful features that improve how businesses attract clients and run their operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, senior leadership, engineering, and design to design and ship features across the product
• Present design work effectively to key stakeholders and articulate design direction
• Maintain high design quality and contribute to the team’s culture through knowledge sharing
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into prioritized improvements
• Simplify complex problems into elegant, user-centered solutions with attention to detail
• Create and prototype interfaces, from quick explorations to more complex demonstrations

Key requirements

• 4-6 years of professional experience in product design
• Exceptional visual and user interface design skills grounded in user-centered design
• Experience with design systems to create scalable designs
• Ability to distill complex issues into clear solutions for partners and customers
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Self-starter, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience translating design concepts into production with leadership and engineering teams
