In this role you will lead Airborne UK through its next phase of growth and transformation, reporting to Airborne International. You will drive production ramp-up, ensuring reliable delivery, quality, and scalability while strengthening leadership and an accountable culture. You will build a high-performing organization, improve operations, and boost profitability through disciplined execution. You will also engage with UK authorities and business networks to support expansion. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role in a high-growth manufacturing business with a clear impact on performance and culture.
