Overview

As VP Data, Analytics & Economy, you will shape Aristocrat’s data strategy and drive decision intelligence to boost player engagement, retention, and monetization. You will lead a cross-functional team, establish governance and scalable data platforms, and oversee experimentation and analytics to deliver measurable business impact. You’ll partner with Product and Live Operations to balance short-term performance with long-term player trust. This role offers a chance to define and scale data-driven capabilities at a global gaming leader.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Product Madness data strategy and governance
• Build scalable data platforms and products with trusted data, quality standards, and consistent metrics
• Lead BI, analytics, research, and data science to deliver actionable insights
• Drive experimentation standards, governance, testing, and rapid learning to inform decisions
• Oversee monetization strategy, segmentation, pricing, and offer optimization across portfolios
• Collaborate with Product and Live Operations to increase lifetime value and balance revenue with player experience
• Lead forecasting, machine learning, and advanced analytics projects to boost outcomes
• Promote data-informed decision-making across the organization

Key requirements

• Significant senior leadership experience in data, analytics, data science, or game economy fields within gaming, digital products, or consumer technology
• Proven track record building trusted data capabilities and translating insights into commercial and player outcomes
• Deep understanding of experimentation, segmentation, monetization, predictive analytics, and metric governance
• Experience leading distributed teams across technical and commercial functions
• Strong product judgment balancing revenue optimization with sustainable player experience
