Data & Analytics Transformation Programme Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead strategic technology and change programmes to deliver measurable business and customer value within Private Banking & Wealth Management’s Data & Analytics transformation. You’ll govern a portfolio spanning data, AI, decisioning and business change, driving transparent delivery and alignment with the broader strategy. You will chair governance forums, shape objectives and business cases, and ensure outcomes align with risk and governance frameworks. This hybrid role offers London-based collaboration with remote work and a focus on turning technical concepts into real business impact.

Responsibilities

• Chair programme governance forums, steering committees, and working groups to enable timely decisions and issue resolution
• Define objectives, scope, and financial business cases for technology programmes
• Govern and control programme deliverables within agreed risk and governance frameworks
• Deliver programme outcomes aligned with strategic objectives and business value
• Manage programme plans, controls, resource plans, and progress reporting

Key requirements

• Programme management qualification and experience delivering programmes within Data, Analytics, Technology or Digital functions
• Experience in governance, planning, controls, RAID management, and mobilisation of complex programmes
• Strong understanding of Data & Analytics disciplines (analytics, data engineering, data science, AI, decisioning) and ability to translate technical concepts to business outcomes
• Proven stakeholder management, leadership, and ability to present to executives
• Experience in cost management, benefits tracking, business case management, and aligning delivery to strategic objectives
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Kiro, GitHub, and Copilot
