Digital Marketing Executive

Overview

As Digital Marketing Executive you will lead multi-channel campaigns for a PBSA provider in the UK. You will manage paid media, SEO, email, affiliates and partnerships, aligning with leasing goals and student needs. You’ll collaborate with on-site teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and measurable impact. You will use analytics to drive growth and ROI, shaping digital strategy and enhancing the student journey across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage digital marketing campaigns strategy, including Paid Media and Paid Social
• Coordinate with external agencies and manage agency relationships
• Oversee channels: paid search, SEO, affiliate marketing, email, paid social, partnerships
• Monitor, analyse and report on KPIs across campaigns
• Manage website content and optimization, including landing pages
• Collaborate with on-site teams, designers and agencies to ensure brand and leasing alignment
• Work cross-functionally with sales, operations and marketing for cohesive messaging
• Update Digital Marketing Calendar and coordinate on-site digital elements
• Oversee campaigns with agencies to generate leads aligned to occupancy and revenue goals
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and internal dashboards
• Enhance website through A/B testing and SEO-aligned optimization
• Support digital signage and social activations on-site

Key requirements

• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience
• Confident with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva or Adobe Suite, email platforms and social scheduling tools
• Experience with CMS and CRM platforms
• Strong presentation and copywriting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in real estate, accommodation, hospitality or retail preferred
