Contracts Manager

Overview

As Contracts Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of major connections customers and manage commercial contracts to meet regulatory and license requirements. You’ll collaborate with project managers and internal teams to keep programmes on track while ensuring customer voices are heard. The role combines contract negotiation, stakeholder liaison, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment. This is a strategic, cross‑functional position within the Connections Contract team that impacts service quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of major connections customers
• Preparation and management of commercial connections contracts
• Managing relationships and communication with key industry bodies
• Managing internal relationships within the organisation acting as the voice of the customer
• Collaborating with Project Managers to ensure project health in scope, budget, and programme
