Instructional Designer, EU Learning Design Team

Overview

You will own the end-to-end design and delivery of learning content for Amazon’s EU T3+ and LDEV cohorts. You’ll craft engaging e-learning with Articulate Rise and Storyline, leveraging AI to accelerate design, localization, and iteration. Content will be integrated with LMS systems and aligned to SCORM/xAPI standards. This high-impact role blends field immersion with cross-functional collaboration to deliver practical, scalable leadership development learning in a fast-moving logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design, development, and lifecycle management of T3+ and LDEV learning content
• Author engaging e-learning using Articulate Rise and Storyline across modalities (e-learning, ILT, blended, microlearning)
• Use AI tools to accelerate drafting, media generation, localization, and iteration while maintaining quality
• Build and manage content integrations with LMS and author to SCORM/xAPI standards
• Apply instructional design methods and adult learning principles for diverse learners
• Immerse in the operating environment to ensure content is accurate and relevant
• Partner with operations leaders, L&D teams, and SMEs to gather requirements and validate content
• Define and measure learning effectiveness and iterate based on data and stakeholder feedback
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Key requirements

• Proven Instructional Designer with experience in fast-paced manufacturing, logistics, or operational settings
• Hands-on proficiency with Articulate Rise and Storyline (portfolio or samples)
• Experience using AI tools to design and scale learning content
• Experience developing content and managing LMS integrations
• Willingness and ability to travel across EU region
• Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI and LMS administration
