Principal Social Worker — Hybrid Role in Children’s Services

Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is seeking a Principal Social Worker to join the Information, Advice and Assistance team (IAA). This role focuses on high-quality information, advice and safeguarding referrals for children’s services, with hybrid working opportunities.

The post is 37 hours per week, Grade 13, paying £50,908 per annum. You will lead a team of professionals and work across IAA and the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub to ensure best outcomes for children.
