Project Administrator – Assurance Management

Overview

In this role you will support the Assurance Managers on the HS2 programme within Siemens Mobility’s Rail Infrastructure team. You will handle onboarding, scheduling, and document administration to ensure compliant, efficient project delivery. You’ll manage PW-based deliverables, filing, and records in line with the Business Management System, while guiding teams on time management. This office-based role offers a hands-on opportunity to enable safe, greener rail projects at scale.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new starters into Assurance teams across HS2 packages
• Schedule and coordinate key Assurance management meetings (SRP, ISA engagements, Chief Engineer)
• Support ProjectWise document administration for subcontractor deliverables and ensure PW guideline compliance
• Maintain project documentation filing structure and BMS compliance
• Track, secure, and archive administrative records and deliverables per BMS requirements
• Support routine admin processes and provide guidance on time management and admin tasks
• Maintain RAMS Team day-to-day calendar including holidays and whereabouts
• Adapt responsibilities as business needs evolve

Key requirements

• Business Administration Degree or NVQ3 minimum
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar environment
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• ProjectWise (PW) knowledge or training ability
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate early warnings to Project Managers
• Accurate attention to detail and problem-solving skills
