Site Excellence Leader – Lean & CI Transformation

pladis (UK) Ltd at Wigston is seeking a Site Excellence Manager to lead the site excellence strategy across the Wigston facility. You will drive Lean and CI initiatives, coach teams, and manage major improvement projects with the site leadership team.

Reporting to the Factory General Manager, you will coordinate cost-reduction efforts, monitor OEE, quality and safety KPIs, and champion a culture of continuous improvement. Occasional travel to other sites may be required.
