Lead Deputy Manager — Youth Housing & Empowerment

Outward Housing is seeking a Deputy Manager for the Hackney Young People Pathway to deliver high-quality, housing-related support to care leavers and young people in need. The role focuses on empowering tenants, managing risk, and ensuring safe, independent living outcomes.

You will lead a team, coordinate key workers, and work with partners to meet contractual requirements while promoting the organisation’s values of engage, enable and empower.
