Job Description:
BM Caterers in Weybridge is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our corporate dining team, uphold exemplary service and demonstrate a passion for provenance.
You will manage all areas of service and standards, monitor cost controls, budgets and targets, and forecast revenue while developing your team and concepts.
Ideally 2–3 years in a corporate dining environment, a degree or equivalent, and Food Safety Level 3 with Health & Safety Level 2 are required.
