Program Manager

Overview

In this role, you will lead cross-functional new product development programmes from initiation to implementation, ensuring scope, schedule and budget are met. You’ll unite teams from engineering, supply chain, quality, manufacturing and more to drive progress, manage risk, and hit programme objectives. The position sits at the Ipswich facility, supporting a mission to deliver high-quality turf equipment. You’ll apply stage-gate governance and best practices to improve planning, visibility and performance, shaping the future of our products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of new product development projects to meet stakeholder objectives and accelerate delivery
• Define project scope and develop plans including budgets, schedules, and resources
• Coordinate tasks across engineering, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, customer care, marketing and other functions
• Create and maintain reports to monitor progress, risks, budgets, and timelines
• Present project status to executive leadership with clarity and conciseness
• Apply stage-gate processes to guide activities and milestone sign-offs
• Leverage PM best practices and drive process improvements for better planning and execution

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering or related field
• P2-2+ years or P3-4+ years of related field experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong project management software skills (MS Project)
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
• Experience in negotiations, communication, organization, and team building
• PMP certification preferred
