Deputy Manager, Children’s Home — Leadership & Growth

Keys Group is seeking a Deputy Children’s Home Manager in St Albans to lead a small home supporting up to 4 young people with emotional and learning needs. 39 hours a week, mix of long days and admin, with occasional sleep-ins.

Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle are essential. You will join a nurturing leadership team, gain Level 5 qualifications, and have opportunities to progress to Registered Manager.
