Responsibilities

• Lead the most complex, high-value Specialty bids from qualification to outcome
• Develop pursuit strategies, win themes, and clear client messaging
• Set up bid plans, governance, and delivery timelines to manage risk and schedule
• Coordinate strategy workshops, kick-offs, and stakeholder reviews
• Collaborate with producers, client teams, and SMEs to craft differentiated propositions
• Manage executive reviews, approvals, and top-quality submissions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and governance requirements
• Monitor pipeline activity, resource needs, and priorities across multiple opportunities
• Lead post-bid reviews and drive continuous improvement
• Coach Bid Managers and broader stakeholders to raise capability
• Support adoption of digital and AI-enabled bid management tools and processes
