Machine Learning Engineer (Remote)

Overview

In this role you will build, deploy and scale production AI/LLM systems, collaborating across ML, software and cloud teams. You own end-to-end engineering for AI services, from Python development to AWS deployment, focusing on reliability, observability, performance and cost. You will work on RAG and agentic workflows, shaping how AI systems operate in production. This is a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity in a flexible, production-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production AI/LLM services
• Deploy and operate systems on AWS with CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure reliability, observability, performance and cost efficiency
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from code to deployment
• Contribute to RAG and agentic workflow implementations
• Influence engineering practices and promote robust production readiness

Key requirements

• Strong Python engineering skills
• Hands-on AWS, CI/CD, containers and cloud infrastructure experience
• Experience deploying, monitoring and maintaining production ML/AI systems
• Exposure to LLMs, RAG or GenAI applications
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership and debug complex systems
• 4+ years of experience preferred
