Resident Experience Lead – Housing Regeneration

Approach Personnel Ltd has partnered with a regional housing regeneration contractor to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer for a Milton Keynes project. You will oversee the full customer journey from pre-start visits and resident profiling through to day-to-day communications, complaints handling and post-completion aftercare.

You will coordinate access for contractors, support vulnerable residents, and identify those who may need additional assistance.
