Strategic Production Director, Japan Audio Originals

Audible is seeking a seasoned Production Associate Director to lead end-to-end audiobook production for the Japan market. You will own production strategy, optimize quality standards, budgets, and schedules across the portfolio, and mentor the team to raise capabilities.

Based in Tokyo with regular in-office presence, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive production while leveraging AI tools to streamline operations and improve workflows.
