Job Description:
Wiltshire Creative is seeking an Operations Director to lead the organisation’s day-to-day and strategic operating areas across Salisbury Playhouse, Salisbury Arts Centre and the Salisbury International Arts Festival.
You will oversee premises and facilities, visitor experience at events, events management (artistic and commercial) and support services including IT and health and safety, while ensuring the organisation’s capital project delivery and five-year strategy.
