In this role you will lead complex residential conveyancing matters for a respected Somerset firm, ensuring high-quality client service. You will manage a busy caseload across deeds, trusts, leases and equity releases, with exposure to Building Safety Act issues and other technical areas. You will collaborate with colleagues to deliver precise, efficient legal support and contribute to the firm’s growth in the Somerset market. • Manage a caseload of complex residential conveyancing matters
• Handle deeds of grant, covenants and easements
• Oversee assignments and declarations of trust
• Set up residential leases
• Manage equity release transactions
• Advise on Building Safety Act matters and other technical issues
• Provide expert legal advice and high-quality client service

Key requirements

• 5+ years’ PQE managing complex residential conveyancing matters
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
