Counterbalance Drivers Required – Weekly Pay
Quest Employment are currently recruiting for Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy and growing company based in the Wellesbourne, CV35 area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Counterbalance Driver looking for ongoing work, regular Monday–Friday hours and weekly pay.
Please note: An in-date Counterbalance licence is required. In-house Counterbalance licences are accepted, provided they are current and in date.
The Role
As a Counterbalance Driver, your duties may include:
- Safely operating a Counterbalance forklift
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving and positioning stock around the warehouse
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Supporting general warehouse operations
- Preparing stock for dispatch
- Carrying out pre-use checks and reporting any issues
- Following site health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Key Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Experienced Counterbalance Drivers
- Hold an in-date Counterbalance licence
- In-house licences accepted if current and in date
- Reliable and punctual
- Confident operating a Counterbalance forklift
- Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Safety conscious with good attention to detail
