Maintenance Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead a team of engineers in an autonomous, site-based maintenance function. You’ll drive planned maintenance activities and oversee equipment reliability for pumps and motors within a manufacturing/industrial setting. Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs (PPMs) and project work
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of on-site equipment including pumps and motors
• Lead maintenance activities to support production and reliability goals
• Collaborate on health and safety practices
