Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer & Team Lead (Bristol)

Pegasus Group in Bristol is seeking an experienced Associate or Principal Infrastructure Engineer to lead and grow our Civils Infrastructure team. You will take the technical and operational lead for civil infrastructure delivery across the region, delivering highway and drainage designs for private sector development schemes while building strong client relationships.

You will mentor a small team, oversee resources and budgets, and ensure high standards in design outputs and compliance.
